This Genting Highlands Day Tour from Kuala Lumpur will take you through the picturesque Titiwangsa Mountains, some 6,118 feet (1,835 meters) above sea level. Take a cable car ride to the top of the highlands and admire the surrounding view of the hills. Upon arrival explore the resort and casino at your leisure. Enjoy shopping, theme parks and amazing views. We also stop briefly at Batu Caves, which is one of the most popular and iconic attractions near Kuala Lumpur. Upon arrival, climb the steep flight of 272 steps to reach the main cave entrance. Along the way, you’ll be greeted by the impressive golden statue of Lord Murugan, standing at 42.7 meters (140 feet).
Enjoy your last morning in Malaysia before checking out of your hotel and being transferred to the Kuala Lumpur airport, where you will depart for your onward destination “Langkawi” . Langkawi is an archipelago of 99 islands located in the Andaman Sea, off the northwestern coast of Malaysia known for its stunning natural beauty, white-sand beaches, and diverse landscapes. After pickup from your Langkawi hotel, begin your tour with a boat trip from Pantai Cenang and discover some amazing rock formations as the boat takes you along the coastline of many islands. Head first towards the island of Pulau Dayang Bunting (Pregnant Maiden Lake) whose waters are believed to have magical effects on infertile women! As you enjoy your boat cruise, witness the spectacular sights of the sea such as eagles diving for fish and crab-eating monkeys. Stop at Pulau Beras Basah, where you can soak in the warm rays of the sun from the uninhabited white sandy beach or take a refreshing dip in its crystal-clear waters.
